"The view from our room was absolutely amazing and the bedroom was very comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand not the best, quite dark and the shower had quite a bit of black mould stains and needed a deep clean. Steep walk to get down to Ella and back to the hotel again. Would most likely return ..."

"Really enjoyed our stay at Ella Retreat. The glamping tent was ideal for us, spacious and comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the waterfall was amazing! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, organising our (very tasty) meals, tuktuks and laundry."

"The worst hotel in the entire universe..toilet smelling..gave used soap wrapped in tissue, no fridge, no vanity, broken shower head, to go to toilet, have to cross wet shower floor, flies sitting all over breakfast food, no tissue, no face towel, no hand towel, reception did not talk, did not provide ..."
