I chose this hotel because the Expedia website said it was pet-friendly and I needed to take my dog with me. Unfortunately, there was no mention of the additional dog fee (which was $75 for one dog/one night). Also, the front desk person that checked me in did not mention that there was a pet policy, a fee, or a form to sign. The next morning, upon checking out, I was told about it, forced to sign a form, and pay the additional $75 fee (which is more than other hotels near by). So I wasn't very happy to say the least.

We appreciate your review. I apologize for the misunderstanding. However, it does state on Expedia's website that there is a 75 pet fee. This is Hilton's policy and we have to charge it because we have to do extra cleaning in the room because the next guest might be allergic to pets. Again I apologize for the misunderstanding.

Good rest
Posted 18 Aug 2024 on HotelsMy stay was short and restful. I did have a little trouble pulling the curtain to block light from the retail plaza, but the light was not so bad that I could not sleep. Just be aware if you are someone who needs full blackout to sleep.
