Then I was downgraded to a smaller room that was clean and available ( yet smaller and cheaper than I paid for). And on top of all, someone before me smoked in a room ( I don’t smoke). "The room was fine but the rest of the experience was problematic. I spent over 40 minutes driving around in a one way circle trying to figure out how to access the hotel. It was on a pedestrian lane - but there is no access without first finding parking. Which does not exist on the street. Finally I found a parking garage there. "Such an awesome location overlooking the river and a 5 minute walk to the stone bridge. Staff was warm and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Rooms felt comfortable and modern. Highly recommend "
