It was great to have seven 7⃣ difernet swiming pools. Not to much food choice but there is no problem to order grab or ordemo.
Fantastic staff especially Queen 👑 and Lizell. All the staff was so polite and friendly. BBQ aeria was more than enough bbq for all the guest

SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!
Simple teeny tiny, itty bitty dust and chocolate in towel because of little 5 years old kid, and I was surprised by a charged of sum of 300 pesos which I dont care!!! But getting even 1 peso with no right NEVER EVER ACCEPT.

We appreciate your review. However, please note that upon signing the room form, it is indicated that any heavily stained linen or towel is charged accordingly. If it was just really itsy bitsy tiny stain, we won't charge that; it wasn't the case.
We value you as much as we want other guests to use fresh and clean towels and to save and conserve natural resources.
