Never again!!
Posted 18 Sep 2019 on HotelsRobin emailed me instructions how to get into unit as we were arriving late, which was great, however when I needed to get some info about the unit while we were there, there was no reply at the phone number I was given & NO response to emails at all!! Ridiculous service...
