This was a lovely little find for a last minute dash to Wembley. Very easy route by bus and underground. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable in the world but fine for one night. Property was clean and comfortable.

Not Impressed.
The stay would have been ok however the owners had dogs that were barking at 5am waking me up and again at 6am. Someone was smoking in the B&B and consequently all I could smell in my room was cigarette smoke. The room was pretty much a front room split in half. There wasn’t even a light switch in there and I could hear everything and every movement in the B&B. It wasn’t like a B&B at all. It was more like someone’s house who has split each room in two and calling it a “B&B” I was severely disappointed especially with paying over £80 per night to be woken up with cigarette smoke and barking from dogs at 5am and 6am.

Arrived late but settled quickly very accomodating and friendly managed to have a drink in the local pub. Breakfast was lovely spoke to karen very nice, but unfortunately we had to leave early due to work so didnt get to see bushey..as we drove from London

It was OK and served it's purpose for an overnight stay but expensive for what it was. £77 gets you * A VERY small room ( husband bruised his leg squeezing between the end of the bed & the desk when getting in & out of bed. * Basic room, not even a TV * Shared bathroom with other bedroom on the floor. * Even though it calls itself a B&B if you want breakfast it will cost extra I think £60 for a night would be more realistic so when we are next in the area we'll probably pay a bit more to get an en-suite / TV / breakfast

This was a good value spot in a unique location outside the hustle and bustle of London. It’s a converted home and old building so definitely not your typical hotel but it’s got a lot of charm. Owner was very accommodating to us arriving late

This little B & B was a gem, it was in a lovely area with some nice pubs and restaurants. Karen the host was really friendly and made us a gorgeous full English and nothing was too much trouble. Our local was the Horse and Chains 1 min further up the road. It was the perfect stay for our trip to Wembley as there was a train station close by and a uber was only £15.00. We thought the price, as it was advertised as a B & B, included breakfast but we paid extra for breakfast on arrival, however it was worth it 👌

Really lovely stay in Flint cottage. We were close to Warner Bros studios; and the transport links into London were very accessible. The host was welcoming and friendly - the beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Thank you!

Busy road
The host was really nice and welcoming. The room was a downstairs room with window next to a busy main road ( nothing the owner can do , I appreciate that). But a busy road, woken up at 2am by I guess a lorry driving down the road. Small room, not enough room for me to work from apart from sitting on the bed. Shared bathroom, I got to bed really early, so not for me unfortunately but everyone is different. Great host, clean room, tea/coffee and biscuits which was really appreciated. Definitely worth the money, I needed something bigger. Only one parking space on the drive Busy road, slow down finding it because it's not a road you can really stop on unless the 3 or 4 parking spaces are empty. Left early.

I just spent a really comfortable stay at Flint Cottage. The cottage is beautifully presented, clean with all the home comforts you would want. Breakfast was fabulous and at a reasonable price.

This is actually an apartment with two rooms, in a proper cottage. Common kitchen, lounge, bathroom. Excellent condition - looks newly refurbished (although I think a previous occupant had been a smoker). Fantastic value for London, esp for 2 couples sharing. Lots of pubs/eating places nearby Luton airport 20 mins, trains to central London 15 mins walk. Landlady was very helpful and provided cakes as well as tea an coffee on arrival. Will definitely book again, especially if looking for a handy retreat for a few days in London. Note: only one parking space

Smutsig och väldigt trångt i bostaden man kunde knappt gå i trapporna det var brant och trångt i trappan! Rummet var inte rent Vi har inte höga krav på boende i övrigt men här kunde vi inte stanna mer än 5 minuter Vi bokade en annan boende och fick inte något tillbaka för avbokning Hyresvärden var jätte otrevligt och svarade inte på telefonen när vi ringde den natten
