When we booked the hotel, we contacted to let them know we were bringing two pets. They replied saying the pets were ok. When we checked in, it was pretty simple however once we got to the room, one of the staff came and told us they put us in the wrong room and moved us to another, smaller room because of our pets even though they were on the booking. The toilet we originally had issues with trying to figure out how to use it as the touch panel appeared to not work though we found a button on the side that would flush. The bathroom had a musty smell to it the entire time and the inside of the building itself was hot, even hotter than the outside at times, so it did not appear the building had any ac with the exception of the rooms. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Nice to meet you.There were a lot of problemsFirst of all, the dog has a designated room, so it's newly assignedIf you press the manual button instead of the bloated button, the new waterIt doesn't come up, so the smell flows backward.I think I took action and explained it to you.To compensate for the inconvenience caused by hotel staysI will do that.I'll be more kind to you.Thank you.

Limited facilities, room with view is not worth the additional money. Breakfast is mot availa le on mondays

We are sorry to hear that you were dissatisfied with the additional cost of the room and limited facilities. We understand your experience at our hotel may be different from that with other people. As you mentioned , we don't operate a breakfast restaurant every Monday. Instead of, we are offering an alternative to our guests so that they can have breakfast different place.

Mold in the room, public transit was around 7min walk from the hotel, restaurants and convenience stores nearby
