Hotel room with loft was perfect for my family of four. First night was great. Next morning trouble started. None of the outlet plugs, tv or phone was working. Notified front desk at 11am. Said we would be out for the day. And they said a technician would come fix we'll we were gone. They never came. We arrived back to hotel at 6pm. All day to fix problem. I asked to switch rooms. Was denied. So we say we are going back out for dinner. Come back at 9:30. Now nothing in room was working. No ac, lights, nothing. One of my kids took a shower using my cellphone flashlight to shower. Asked for a transformer box that was supposed to be free of use. They didn't have any. Expedia gave me $25 credit. We brought our transformer from our house. That we always travel with and never had problems with before. It worked fine Monday. Not sure what happened being Monday and Tues morning. Worst vacation ever. However the view from room was nice. Beds were comfy. Had a CU in lobby which was convenient. But I would not come back.

First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience.What happened on that day seems to be an inconvenient situation because 220v is a commercial voltage in Korea, while the electronic device you use is 110v.The hotel simply identified it as an electricity failure and took action, but it was reported that a technical defect occurred because the customer continued to try to use the 110v transform process.When I heard from the worker on the day, the customer told the front desk late at night that he needed a transformer, so the facility-related staff was off work.We believe that Expedia has since offered a 25 credit upon your request to purchase a transformer.If you tell us about your request when making a reservation for foreign customers, the hotel is preparing it in advance, but we couldn't prepare it because there was no separate request for the reservation.We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by your vacation. To prevent this situation from happening again, we will communicate with the hotel so that it can be carefully checked and prepared in advance.
