This hotel interior is very beautiful and simple. The most amazing part of the hotel is the gym! If you are a gym junkie one of the best gym hotel you can ask for! I was surprise the amount of gym equipment it had!

Dear Anna,At our hotel, we offer additional facilities such as a public bathhouse (sauna) and a fitness gym. These are amenities typically found in 4-star hotels. Since Nampo-dong is the old downtown area of Busan, there actually aren’t any hotels rated 4 stars or above in the area. This makes us the only hotel around here that offers both a sauna and a fitness facility.We do have six treadmills and a wide range of machines for strength training. For those who enjoy working out, our gym is fully equipped to cover all muscle groups, ensuring you won’t miss out on your routine during your stay. For travelers planning a trip to Busan who want to stay active, we are the only option in this area.These facilities help our guests maintain their fitness and energy, ultimately contributing to an even more enjoyable travel experience. I had one of those rooms with balcony. The room was spacious and an amazing view. The customer service was top notch. The hotel receptionist speaks fluent English, and was very passionate about showing the interesting spots in the nearby areas which has helped us immensely.

Dear James,Nowadays, we use smartphone apps for many aspects of our daily lives—calling a taxi, ordering food delivery, booking hotels and flights, and more. Most of these apps include a review feature, and reviews are much more valuable than general ratings or advertisements because they come directly from customers who have used the service. Reviews also offer a great opportunity to express simple gratitude or suggest areas for improvement to the service provider, making them very positive in nature. However, leaving a review does take time, even if it’s just a rating without any comments. Dear, my guest. You stayed at our hotel for one night. Most foreign guests usually stay for several days, but these days, some guests visit Seoul or other regions and sometimes stay in Busan for only one day. For our hotel, it is 3 stations from KTX station and the international terminal for passenger ships to Japan is also 3 stations. It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport, and the two intercity bus terminals are 25 or 45 minutes each. In addition, the hotel is only 80m away from the subway station, and more than half of Busan's essential tourist attractions are concentrated nearby. We are the best-located hotel in Busan for long periods of time as well as overnight stays. Thank you for your good review, and we look forward you to visit us again next time.

The hotel is family owned but provides very good service, clean and tidy. The location is close to Jagalchi fish market where you can have fresh seafood at a good price, it’s also close to Jagalchi station, BIFF square, Lotte mall and more; however, the downside point is the area around is quite dirty but safe.
Still highly recommend.

Hello, my guest. The representative tourist attractions of Busan are Nampo-dong and Haeundae. And this place is Nampo-dong, Busan's old downtown. It was the center of Busan from the time the city of Busan was formed until the early 21st century. Haeundae is a wonderful place for resort, but if you want to experience the characteristics and scenery of Busan, Nampo-dong is the best area. We have Jagalchi Market, Korea's largest seafood market, right nearby. So depending on the guests, they might feel it's not clean, but I think it's just not modern rather than dirty. In a way, it's natural. It's the same difference between a large supermarket and a traditional market. But I think there are more guests who visit this area to experience these characteristics. Although it is not run by a family, we are a small hotel and one of the coolest hotels in the region. We also have guests of various nationalities who have experienced it in person twice and three times. Thank you for enjoying your trip to Busan with us, and please join us again next time.

The staff working here are really knowledgeable and make the city very easy to get around. They have a map with sights and food options and have tied that to their Instagram so you can see pictures of the food and restaurant signs which makes it easy to decide and find. Great experience kverall

Hello, my guest. Out of many alternatives, guests usually put a lot of effort into deciding on a destination and choosing a hotel. But usually, they don't plan for every meal. While it is a great pleasure to eat the specialty food of the tour spot, what to eat and which restaurant to choose requires as much effort as choosing a hotel. It is also obscured by so much advertising, misinformation, and outdated information. So we are introducing restaurants that we, the locals, love. Some of them match the guest's plans or introduce completely different restaurants. But if you want a restaurant beloved by the locals rather than one that has few locals and is filled with only foreign tourists, our list will be of the best advice. We do not commercial benefit from these lists. It is our goal to have our guests have a more delicious trip, a trip they want to visit again. Thank you for the good reviews, and I hope you remember my hometown, Busan, not only for the scenery and the people, but for the good food.

Hello, my guest. Nampo-dong and Jagalchi areas are popular with Koreans as well, but I think they are more attractive to foreigners. Since Koreans are highly populated countries in and around the capital city of Seoul, and there is no sea around it, people in Seoul choose Haeundae area, which is famous for the sea, when they come to Busan for a trip. However, this area is the best area for city tours, shopping, and enjoying food. There are no large hotels in this area, and there are very few rooms, especially for families. Our balcony family room has the most wonderful views and convenient rooms for families around here. Thank you for choosing us for your trip to Busan, and I hope you had a trip that made a lot of good memories with your family at our hotel. Hello, my guest. There are few rooms around here that can be used in a family room for six adults. The largest rooms in most hotels around this area has a double and a single beds. Hotels with two queen-sized beds are very rare around here. We have a family room and twin room with two 1.6x2m beds. We don't offer extra beds, but we offer a Korean futon set that can be laid and covered on the floor. It's a very large room, so it's enough for six people to get stay and sleep. We have Korean style public bath facilities. It's very similar to the one in Japan. You can also experience scrub massage, which can only be experienced in Korea and Japan. Your whole family has used our public bath and scrub massage, and I hope it's an enjoyable experience. These days, I saw a YouTube video that says there are also public saunas and jjimjilbangs in Korean towns in the U.S. In particular, two of you have also used the skincare salon we searched for and connected to. These kind requests are not very frequent, but we can always help any way our guests want, so please don't hesitate to ask our staff if you need any help. Great location, was close to the film festival, and a short taxi ride to a close by beach. The staff were super helpful calling us taxis and the rooms were great. The air conditioning was really good, comparable to a north american hotel (not all Korean hotels are like this). We only stayed one night but would definitely stay here again and for longer if we went back to Busan

Hello, my guest. All air conditioners in our hotel are the latest ceiling Samsung air conditioners. We clean filters regularly, and once a year (in winter or spring seasons when we don't usually use air conditioners) we do air conditioner disassembly cleaning through a professional cleaning company. The air conditioner is also a new product produced in 2020, but we keep it well so that guests can use it with confidence by thoroughly managing include the invisible. The TV is also a 55-inch Samsung smart TV.The room bidet is vovo and the window is LG Hausys. We filled the essentials of the room with really good Korean products. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a remote control in English. If you need help while using it, please feel free to contact the front desk. We will explain it to you, and if you need it, we will visit you in person and help you use it. Thank you for leaving a good review, and I would be very happy if you could stay at our hotel for a long time next time.
