We enjoyed our stay in L7 Hotel very much . The room was a bit small for a family of 4, but doable. Hotel is across the street from the best beach in Busan. Very close to great dining selections and shopping.

The property is new. Having some issues with strong chemical smell. Hopefully this will dissipate. Not so bad in actual room. Need to be much clearer when describing swimming pool access in summer. Not included automatically with room rate! Also we booked a town view room and ended up facing a wall with limited glimpses of town. Room 411. However, after chatting to reception, they were kind enough to move us to another room, which was more what we were expecting. The rooms are very comfortable and well provisioned. Lighting great.

The beach is very close to the hotel, so I highly recommend it for those who want to swim often! It's evident that the hotel is new, with clean furniture and rooms. The only downside is a strange smell at the entrance

L7 Haeundae had everything our small family needed and hoped to have. It is conveniently located in walking distance to Haeundae beach, traditional markets, coffee shops and restaurants. Entire facility, including lobby, bathrooms, restaurant and hotel room were clean and beautifully decorated.

It’s a new hotel so it’s very clean but only thing is that they charge for late check out about us$20/hour after 11am. Also they did not allow us to use the rooftop pool saying I should have chosen the package with the pool. I guess nobody really pay attention. There was 0 person in the pool but they did not let us use it. Also we reserved for 4 people but the there are 2 beds barely fits 3 people. I asked them to extend the bed but they said I am the corner unit so they cannot. It was extremely tight with 4 people. They have many excuses and they did not accommodate our needs even though we did not ask anything unreasonable.

clean, perfect location, great breakfast, easy checkout. but the double bed is a bit too small, only 5 feet wide, smaller than mine at home. I left busan for seoul and my hotel room in seoul is only 22 sq. meters. yet the bed is 6.5 feet wide. Good sleep is very important for travellers/tourists. Here in seoul, I asked for one more blanket and I got it within 20 min. I had made the same request twice on the day I arrived at L7 hotel but was denied. I made the same request on day 2 and it was entertained. I found it is correct to deny my request because the bed is too small for 2 blankets. If I know in advance, I would have booked a bed of twin beds. Another comment is about the room design. The toilet, bath and wash basin are separated. It's quite convenient. In a nutshell, I prefer a hotel/resort which is customer oriented. But such mind set might be too old fashioned for L7 Hotel.
