Posted 11 Apr 2019 on Hotelsoverall very good experience. room with ocean view was great. front desk was helpful and amiable. couple of cons were convenience store not fully opened and room had one room with one bed and 2 had to sleep by the kitchen and couch area .... would have been nice if there was another bedroom.

Posted 5 Apr 2018 on HotelsThe staff didn't speak English. There was a mistake with my reservation and the photos provided on the website didn't match what was available. The bath towels are size of a hand towel ... not fit for foreigners. I purchased the ferry tickets and specifically asked if dinner was served. The front desk clerk said yes; however, dinners are only served on Fridays and Saturdays and the reservation must be made 24 hours in advance. I would NEVER go back to this hotel.

Hanhaw Resort Busan
Posted 13 Sep 2016 on HotelsReserved two rooms for family visit to Busan. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Overall it was adequate and would recommend to others. Only complaint I have is the location. The hotel/resort includes Haeundae in their name but the location of the hotel is about mile away from the beach. It took us about 15 minutes of walking to the beach.
