Excellent place to stay when visiting Bury St Edmunds. Staff are lovely. Good rooms with excellent food and drinks offerings . Would highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night and the service and staff were really lovely. Even though there was a pub quiz going on it was nice and quiet.

Lovely pub with excellent food. Staff very friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice room with comfy bed.
Posted 28 Sep 2024 on HotelsOne night stay: breakfast included. Had a very tasty meal in the pub below. The room was very nice with a comfy bed, albeit the access was via fairly steep outside stairs. The room was a little noisy until closing time as a beer event was on, however once 'closing time' arrived, all noice ceased and we slept very well. We enjoyed our short stay.

A good property. About 7 minute walk from the railway station and the same distance to market area. I would stay there again.
