Friendly helpful staff. Good position in the town.
But couldn't offer any catering other than breakfast as the chef had left.

The room was tiny and no air except for a fan. The barhroom also had limited counter space. On the other half the staff was so pleasant and the restaurant good

Property was fine, though very warm weather and partly opening window meant room was very hot at night. Fan/heater was available but, when used solely as a fan, was ineffectual. Bury St. Edmunds itself was a lovely place to visit. Friendly people, walkable, excellent pubs and food options, great market, decent shopping. Will definitely visit again.

The property is in a great location. The room a good size with lovely original features. Bed comfy. The staff were friendly and helpful.
