Carpet was very dirty in our room, outside the room in hall ways also stained carpets.

This is an excellent option to visit `bursa with shopping next door and tram service on the door step.

Friendly and helpful staff, Excellent breakfast, clean rooms with very good room service. The only thing is the interior of the room is seems old and furniture need to be upgraded.

The staff there barely speaks english in an international catering hotel Unwelcoming nature of the staff No smiles , completely ignoring you at the reception while calling for them while they are not busy( two occasions with two receptionists One receptionist told off a senior asian lady right infront of me Complicated house rules for the restruant .. with the staff not having and politeness nor the language to convey the massage while we wait for half an hour Worst experience in a hotel
