We booked a room in September and the pool was freezing. I'm not sure if they just don't heat it or if it was broken or what. Other than that, it was a good experience overall.

The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The hotel took a crazy deposit for incidentals and didn't refund the entire amount. After calling twice to correct the issue, they admit there's an error but don't know how to fix it. Still not resolved so I've included my Credit Card company to help.

Good hotel to stay at for a good price. Nothing too fancy but a nice comfy place to spend the night and decent free breakfast!

Breakfast was fresh. Coffee was kept full. Individual rooms were clean. TV/internet cable did not work properly for 2 days. It would turn off every 3-5 minutes, show a warning "weak or low signal, Check antenna cable connection" for 2-3 minutes, then turn back on. I informed management, they tried for a bit, but never got it working correctly. I did let them know that it still didn't work on second day too. Other lodgers said they had the same problem, so I couldn't change rooms. I was told that the rate would be adjusted or compensated. I was informed when I checked out that the Manager was unavailable until after 11:00 am. I was told only he was authorized to do that. I was unable to stay to speak with him, so it didn't happen. Also, Carpet was sticky, with dirty dark stains in common areas. A nasty bloody looking tissue was in the corner of the main stairs going up from lobby for two days. I would not stay again.
