Nice room with adaquate elecrical outlets. Rooms are of good size. However, rooms lack safety bars for the handicapped.

A very nice place to stay ! A fun gathering on Monday night with a lite meal. Nice small breakfast. Free nice laundry facilities. Room was nice with a small kitchen.

I always stay in Staybridge Suites in various locations throughout the country and this location by far is the WORST one. We had issues with our room (tv broken, AC not working) they couldn't accommodate to change our room which I understand. However, when the maintenance guy Edwin came the next morning to try and fix the issues, we were accused of lying about what the problems were, we were told the AC was working cause we could hear it (no cold air was coming out of the vent) and accused of having unplugged the TV and that's why it wasn't working. He even broke something in the bathroom after we asked for his help with something in there too!! When I complained about him to the front desk staff I was told management would be in the next morning. Of course they were not available. They didn't even know the name of the manager either! I'm truly hoping to get a full refund for my stay as I never had such terrible service at any hotel. Such a shame because we are already planning our next trip to the Boston area, but we will for sure be looking at other hotels!!

I loved the 3 beds for our family of 6. One sink plug wasn’t working, one shower didn’t fully function so tub water was filling the tub and not much water was coming out of the shower head and the other tub wasn’t draining well at all. There were hairs on the floor and on the wash cloths before use, etc. Breakfast was average. I feel everything else was great and the check-in person was efficient and staff were nice.
