This property had a high rating but it was undeserved. The noise from the room above and the shower noise from the adjacent room was loud. If I went in expecting this to be an average accommodation it would have different. I was told this was a great facility. It wasn’t. The breakfast was very very basic and modest. The staff was attentive.

comforters were lumpy and ripped, clocks had wrong time

Thanks, Debra - we are in the process of switching comforters out. The lumps occur when they are washed and we were told by the manufacturer to air dry them. This is impossible to do at a hotel. They have since upgraded their comforters.
