convenient to activities attended.
run down property which continues to deteriorate. One of 2 elevators out of service, and room was not cleaned in the 3 day stay, even thought placard to service room was on door

We liked the location of the property. We paid for a handicap accessible room but the toilet was one of those short one's. When I called they offered to move us to a room with grab bars but they said all handicap rooms had short potty's. So we stayed in that room since there were no refunds and the wrong description of the booking for that room. There was one grab bar in the shower. The bed itself was comfortable. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed. I called and they changed the fitted sheet. The sheets were all mismatched and the pillows were horrible, the bedskirt wasn't put on the bed properly. There was only a little coverlet on the bed, not even a real bedspread. The carpet needed vacuumed. The microwave was dirty, it had nasty greasy fingerprints all over it. The floor around the toilet was dirty and had dead bugs. The sink and fixture had nasty buildup on it. No paper cups in the room. They really need to teach their janitorial how to clean.
I'm a retired janitorial business owner of 32 years and their department is really lacking. Fabric furniture has stains all over it. The office chair looked like it needed to be at the dump. The fabric was all tore up. The headboard needed cleaned. All the lamps need to be cleaned and shades vacuumed. We have never stayed in a Quality Inn that was this dirty and not equipped well. If some of this is corrected, we might consider staying again in the future.

First of all, the staff was very kind and professional.
Everything else was extremely unsatisfactory.
The lighting was almost nonexistent in the parking lot. The lobby was fine. The journey to the elevator was alarming with filthy stained trash cans, walls, and carpet. One of the two elevators was out of order while the functioning elevator was dirty, reeked of a fowl odor and had no ventilation. All of the doors on my floor had been broken into, clearly. The facings and doors all chipped. The crossover lock was missing inside my door. The room had loose and broken tile in the kitchenette area. The bathroom was extremely outdated. Toilet bowl was rusty, seat loose and the handle had to be held down for atleast 20 seconds to flush. The tub was stained and the paint in the floor area was chipping away as I showered. I dried off with a stained towel because I didn’t notice it until I got out of the shower. My room had two ac’s and one starting making a squealing sound in the middle of the night so I had to turn it off. The room temp stayed comfortable with the one ac. The only furniture for sitting was a cigarette burned couch that I was afraid to sit on. We didn’t leave anything of value while we were away at a nearby casino.
I never leave feedback like this and I do not find pleasure in it but I’m hoping no one will have to go through the shock and disgust that I did when they get to this location .

I liked nothing about the property. Unsanitary cigarette burns in the carpet, pee all over the walls in bathroom it was a very bad experience. I won’t be using y’all anymore

Looked like still was transitioning from Best Western. Lobby looks nice but the Room showing age. Rust , A/c grate was poor condition, shower area really needing updating.
