"It’s a beautiful newly built BnB, clean and organized, Sandra is the housekeeper and very helpful. The swimming pool is great and the view of the ocean is serene and beautiful. The WiFi is excellent. But no TV in our room The disadvantages: no beach access and no onsite s restaurants Still a great place to be and will surely come back "

"The property did not meet our expectation. With its price in the area, it was so costly.. Don't go to the property during rainy season. It is flooded. My family and I were disappointed to see the flood right in front of the unit. We arrived at past 4pm and we could have spent the rest of the day roaming around Alaminos.. But instead, we chose to stay in the house because of the flood outside.. The owner, though was very helpful in giving us tips although we havent had the chance to meet."

"The place has a nice location in a quiet beach. Staff is very friendly. The food in their restaurant is pretty good even if it is far from other restaurants. However, the resort needs a little upgrade. When we entered our room, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom due to a clogged drainage on the bathroom sink. It needed to be unclogged. "The staff was very attentive. Due to a food allergy there was a need for special food preparation. Do to a miscommunication There was a mishap in the kitchen, however the staff took ownership and special precautions to ensure guests safety. It did take over an hour and a half to get a food order for 5. Under normal circumstances, this would not have been concerning except for we had traveled a great distance that day and hadn’t stopped for food."

"The place has a nice location in a quiet beach. Staff is very friendly. The food in their restaurant is pretty good even if it is far from other restaurants. However, the resort needs a little upgrade. When we entered our room, there was a foul odor coming from the bathroom due to a clogged drainage on the bathroom sink. It needed to be unclogged. The maintenance was quick to do it when we told them. Then there was a water drip on the ceiling and when we woke up there was quite a puddle on the floor which can become a trip hazard because the floor was slick. Hopefully, they can fix that issue quickly, too. We did enjoy the cocktail/ band night last Saturday evening. The kitchen facilities and supplies on the ground floor are adequate where the rest of my group stayed so we were able to cook. That was a good bonus. Overall, we enjoyed our stay."

FNT Transient House near Hundred Islands

"What we'd like is not only the cleanliness of the room, safe and easy parking but the hospitality and friendship of the host/owner. We were very comfortable on the first day we've met the couple, Feran and Thess. They were very accommodating and attentive to our needs throughout our stay in FNT transient house.
