Hotel has a great location very historic place. It is very nice. Very close to everything. Shopping restaurants everything parking. It is a problem very tight spaces and not easy to. Get in and out some people take two spaces and the hotel needs to get records of those and asked them to move their cars because their times that there’s no space available

The hotel is an absolute beauty! The rooms a Make you feel like royalty they are so nice!! There was quite a language barrier with the staff that was the only downfall and no air conditioning so the rooms were a bit warm. The lowest temp was 19* c not too cool. But good was amazing and so were the beds!

Beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. Easy walk across the river to the medieval town and cathedral.

Property is beautiful. The entire building has a great smell. Staff was welcoming and kind. Breakfast was superb. NH chain is excellent . Going to Bilbao NH next, September3rd. Celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. Thank you for making it memorable.
