Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best.

Fantastico hotel y restaurante. Personal muy amable. Totalmente recomendado. Es en las afueras de Burgos por lo que hay que ir en carro.

The staff was so kind and welcoming to us. We had a beautiful room and enjoyed the restaurant. It was a wonderful and beautiful hotel to stay for the night. Can’t wait to come back
