"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "

"The hotel's location isn't the best in terms of being central in Burgos and the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive. However, the hotel itself was clean and the room quiet and the service was attentive. There was a bit of confusion about breakfast because there really wasn't much on offer except some croissants in cling film -- this appeared to be a Corona restriction and not any fault of the hotel."

"The room provided is not acceptable. There was no window and no ac control not functioning too. Lesson learn, there was no apology. Stay out of this hotel you might end “baking” at 3 am. "

"Easy check in. Covered parking for a fee. Nice room with a small patio area and a few minute walk into the old city. The bar area is a bit clinical and we waited ages to be served so gave up. "

While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work.
