"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "

"Perfect location for exploring Burgos. The room was gracious and very comfortable. The parking was easy and onsite. Very comfortable bed and the bathroom was large as well has having a good size closet area. The hotel is nicely decorated with beautiful furniture and art. The bar in the lobby is nice for relaxing at the hotel. Many restaurants very close and the view the river front rooms (room 106) is very nice as well. "

"The hotel's location isn't the best in terms of being central in Burgos and the neighbourhood isn't the most attractive. However, the hotel itself was clean and the room quiet and the service was attentive. There was a bit of confusion about breakfast because there really wasn't much on offer except some croissants in cling film -- this appeared to be a Corona restriction and not any fault of the hotel."

"Basic but comfortable room with en-suite bathroom. The room stayed warm throughout the night, which was necessary given the temperatures outside dropped to -5°c during my stay. Staff at the front desk and café area were very helpful. One negative point - the wi-fi did not function for the duration of my stay. "

While I was there there were some people trying to open my room, I go and open the door and said there is some one I think you were wrong with your room number, but they have the same room number as me, but they key doesn't work. "Nice hotel right off the highway. Couple of restaurants on site which made it easy so we didn’t have to leave and find something close by. Room was very clean and the shower is spacious. "
