"As others have mentioned in their reviews, it is unclear where/how to check in. I simply texted when we arrived and immediately help arrived to show us where to go. The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. The information provided inside the room about whee to find dinner and breakfast, explaining about the hot water and the door locks - was perfect. We would definitely stay again in any of the three places."

"Small hotel room but very good use of space inside, so much so that you don't feel jammed at all. Internet was good, city center was an easy 3 minutes walk. There is also a parking for your car. Sheets and amenities were clean and the staff has high attention to detail. "

"We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. "We stayed in an apartment advertised for 5 people. When we arrived, we found three beds had been made up (staff provided extra linen for us for the sofa bed). The apartment was generally not very clean - dirty walls, holes in doors, etc. - though the bathroom and kitchenette were OK. There are no insect screens and no fans so we got mosquito-bitten. "We wanted a one night stay in Isparta, a city we very much like and have been to before. We rejected more expensive options for the relatively new Rosa Therapy. We are very glad we did! The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff friendly. The room was immaculate but could have done with some drinking glasses and a kettle and cups. We decided to try the buffet breakfast which turned out to be amazing value for Morley and run by an absolutely delightful lady. The area is quiet and residential but within an easy walk of the shops and restaurants. A very good stay at a reasonable price. Well done to all the staff. "
