They gave me a dirty room. The bed wasn'tade and there was wet towels in the floor inside the bathroom

The room smelled like urine, it felt dirty, the elevator was tearing apart on one corner and the other one was broken. The place advertised breakfast but had coffee, oatmeal packets and packaged muffins. The reception area looks sketchy and super outdated. The receptionist almost charged me twice because she failed to check that I had already paid my reservation. All in all would not recommend this hotel as it felt nasty.

I did not know this was a PET hotel they definitely don’t advertise it like that we arrived at 12am family of 5 they give us a pet room I advised them that my child was allergic to cats and they said that’s all they have and that every room has had a animal in it before this is not fair to people with allergies I’ll never be staying at this hotel again. I reached out to Expedia and they did nothing I reached out to extended stay and nothing happen. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.

Room could have been better maintained. Property also had a few issues.
