Great breakfast - the restaurant is very well managed - and a special shout out to Jessica and Syra. Our butler Bishan and all the housekeeping staff on the 9th floor were amazing. "The hotel is large but has nice small touches like face cloths at pool and glasses cleaning. The room is large and bathroom well appointed. There are a few irritations though with large comes a crowded pool area, ubers that arrive at the wrong part of the hotel, too few towels in bathroom and a very busy reception area. Breakfast is also busy and slow - all feels non relaxing. hyatt regency nearby fairs better on many of these aspects for a business traveller. "
