Although the staff was helpful and wasn’t their fault. The bed had stains on the sheets. Front desk was helpful but the stay wasn’t like the pictures and not located in an area tourist friendly.

There was an issue with my credit card on making my rsvp but they sent me email in advance giving me all info for checking in as we arrived late. Our room didn’t have a view of lake as hoped and was very hot with no a/c.

Noisy and hot, but Buochs lovely

No air conditioning, so very hot in summer months. Ask for a fan - none was offered but we noticed some rooms had them

Room was hot, 1 slow table fan, when asked next day got a 2nd table fan. Mattresses were rock hard, pillows hard too, could not sleep. Had to open door/ window at night but no screen doors so was nervous about things crawling in. Area was amazing, view around was awesome. Management was helpful. Quality of equipment not to US standards

The property was amazing . However the customer service not great at all. The gentleman in the Night Shift was nice, however The lady in the kitchen when we had breakfast was rude. My fiancée spilled some milk because the milk container has an issue opening the lid. He offered to clean what he had spilled. She started yelling at him in her language and then continued to comment the event with one of the guests …. Accidents happen, the staff needs to adjust their reactions….
