Booked the hotel as I had a training to attend in Bunnik. Overall good hotel, a bit outside of the town centre and nothing around that. But if you travel for business I guess it's ok. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast

Average hotel, more a 3* than 4*, I got a good rate for the room which made it acceptable. The normal price of a room is far too high for what you get for ;)

Clean, comfortable and friendly
Posted 27 Apr 2024 on HotelsA convenient location if you are travelling by car, it’s a long walk from Bunnik Station and not friendly for those walking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, food at the restaurant excellent, but the service was not attentive in the bar / dining area (staff often talking to each other and checking their phones rather than looking out for guests). When you had their attention, service was very friendly and helpful. Overall, better value than staying in Utrecht Central, but not as convenient unless travelling by car.

Heating turned off, No room service as advertised. TV not working in room. Bedbugs in room.
