The location, direct on the beach so great views. Also relaxing at the pool was great. We only had a small studio but that was very nicely decorated. You can see that a lot of effort has been put in to make it all look beautiful and some areas they are still working on but that didnt impact our stay.

Location right on the beach (as the name suggests). A short walk from the restaurants, shops,etc. 2 bed apartment was very spacious and ours had its own washing machine and dryer. Very comfortable. Receptionist was extremely helpful and accommodated a room move, when there was a minor problem with our initial room.

Don Pancho is in a premium location. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and will be very impressive when finished.
It was comfortable, good room sizes and we enjoyed a wonderful beach view. We even spotted a few whales from our balcony!
The staff were all very friendly and attentive. When I visit the area in the future, I would happily stay at Don Pancho again.

The room above us was a nightmare, kids jumping screaming, you can also here them walking above us, this went on up until 12:30 and first up in the morning. The place was old but clean and there were workers upgrading the place and was not advised that there pool was getting a make over, would have loved to know when I booked the property.
