Staff were friendly and welcoming and helpful. Rooms were lovely and spacious. King bed with city views was comfortable. Breakfast every morning was lovely. The staff at breakfast were beautiful and friendly. It was a very family friendly experience and we will most definitely be rebooking for next our yearly trip to Bunbury

Have pics but there's no uploading option here. Mold on walls, holes in bottom of outside door, inside sliding doors not secure, full breakfast downgraded to continental due to staff shortages, key cards fail... to top it off... during the stay, the staff ababndoned the premises!!! No one on site for at least 18 hours! Guests had to help new guests check in (no, I'm not kidding). Then, next day, the staff member at front desk was rude and dismissive about the past day's site abandonment. More to tell, but running out of space here.

Great stay at the mantra . Could work on the cleanliness of the room , had a musky smell but that aside it was a great stay . Would stay again

Front desk unattended

Stay was fine. Unfortunately when we attempted to check in at 2pm, the hotel front desk was empty due to what we understand an issue for the worker. Which left us waiting for 2+ hours unable to check into our room. Calling Mantra was unhelpful. Calling Accor hotels was also unhelpful. After calling the after hours phone for 2 hours, we were eventually able to get through at the staff provided a code for the lockbox.
