Good for what we needed

This hotel was what we need after a long day on our motorcycles. Room was a little small but doable. The hot tub was a welcome site and it and pool were clean. It is not in an area with a lot of restaurants only one we could walk to were McDonald’s and Jack in the Box. There was a full breakfast in the morning. I would stay here again.

Rooms were quite run down. Stains on carpet, wear and tear. Cleanliness was okay though, aside from an old dirty face cloth hanging from the shower curtain rod when we arrived (maybe used for cleaning and forgot?). Breakfast was good. Staff friendly.

I’ve stays at this hotel anytime I’m in Needles. The staff is always amazing, very friendly and helpful. It’s an older property but it’s in good condition.

All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Literally our only complaint is that we requested the room be refreshed since we were there for two weeks and they said they would come and they never did. A couple of the plug ins did not work but there were still plenty of them that did work in the room

The staff and privacy was actually my favorite part of the stay. I did not expect to be received so kindly by the Front office staff upon arrival, Then, when I wanted to extend my stay the nect morning, thet were happy & eger to help, they honored Expedia pricing without putting us through the "usual" possible runaround of having us check out at 11am then check in again after 3 pm. I am so happy not to spend many hours in the heat And their pool is lovely. There's not much around, but it's like a little retreat, very private.As well.

Was pleasantly surprised when we checked into our room. The area is a little rough but the room was well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. We had a family suite (family of 6) and really liked that the rooms were separated by a closed door (grown up privacy). Also, the rooms all had blackout curtains as well as a blackout screen on the windows (amazing idea since it was over 100 degrees and in direct sun). Our room was cool, dark and relaxing. Check in was slightly confusing as it is 2 hotels in one building but staff was helpful. Good location, near freeway and Mc D’s in the same parking lot. The area was a little sketch but one of our vehicles had jet skis and a lot of our camping equipment in the bed of the truck. I was a little worried about our things getting messed with but was pleased to see our trailer and items untouched the next morning. Breakfast was a great variety (waffles, eggs, sausage, etc.) and good quality. Overall, super pleased and will absolutely be back.
