Great place to stay and explore the area. Located right next to the train station allowed us to use public transport to get around. We explored the lake by hiking, chocolate factory and the Gruyère castle. We even took the panoramic bus ride from St Denis down to lake Geneva.

Very clean, very helpful, great location.
Nature around hotel is amazing.
Great parking but only difficult to navigate toward entrance.
We would easily go back for vacation again.

Excellent front desk service. Parking difficult to find and hotel has a very discreet signage.

We were blown away by this hotel. We arrived around 8pm after a long day of train travel. We were greeted by Marc and he was very kind. He immediately asked us if we had eaten (which we had not) and recommended the restaurant downstairs (Ramen, very good). He also did not rush our check in and was very thorough. We were impressed by the level of service and amenities at this hotel. It was also extremely close to the train station (almost connected) which was very convenient. Would highly recommend this hotel!

The pictures on line were fantastic but directs to park, location were not indicated very well at all. Pictures make it look like its not located next to train. Needs better signage to name on hotel. That was terrible
