Beautiful town—hotel not close to Old Town though—free access to Mineral Baths —awesome! You do have to buy towels for the baths

Hot as blazes in the room, with little relief as windows opened onto a noisy street. Odd that the shower window offered no privacy to the apartments just across the way. And slightly bothered that the fifth floor had only one fire escape- not at all comforting.

The Spanish woman at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful. The room was big and clean. Great stay overall. The only improvement we would suggest is that the room was too hot, no matter what setting we changed on the AC.

Very inhumane hotel

Terrible leave your night risk in one phone call, way they don’t have a phone there with direct line ,I don’t know from where they have the stars ,just think if a old men or lady get there and need help ,I don’t like it,the breakfast very poor, was late and we don’t have other options,I don’t recommend to anyone

We tried to reach you by phone and we sent you the late arrival procedure on your Expedia email, but apparently you did not receive it. For a three star property it was an excellent choice. Usually I don’t like chain hotels but the staff on this one was very friendly.
