The service was excellent, the only issue is that I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the upstairs room which went on all night. It felt like there was furniture being moved around. Most probably it’s the metal chairs rubbing on the tiles. It was a nightmare. May I suggest that you inset rubber on the chair legs. I didn’t look forward to another night. I made a complaint but nothing was done

The rooms aren’t noise proof you can literally hear every conversation happening outside by the balcony or when room service is taking to neighbouring room.
