"In terms of location was great, pyramids view and not too far from visiting pyramids and also not too far from Cairo. I think they can benefit from a customer service awareness course as some of them was below standard specially on the bar area in our arrival it took the guy 45 minutes to get us 2 club sandwiches and when they eventually arrived the sandwich and the chips were called. "The hotel is clean, but recaption staff are not professional. The gym is poor condition with equipment and opens from 10am till 10pm. I reserved the largest sweet and it’s small compared to other hotels. Bed are bad mattress everyday you’ll have back pain and ache. They try to squeeze money on normal services like asking for ice bucket which is free in all the hotels around the world. "

"Two year old hotel, modern and in a good part of Cairo. Near shopping areas and main tourist areas. Staff helpful, and issue with the food etc. Live music many of the evenings. Down side was the interconnecting doors in the rooms.. Felt like your room neighbour was in the room.. Design fault with the doors ? or too thin. ? Had mentioned to the team, they were aware, but full hotel meant the room could not be changed."
