"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants. I was told that tap water is drinkable.. other than that I it's like a well kept , all clean rooms. I, and there's no shampoo. You clime up, got into property, want to wash hair? Only liquid soap is...

Out room geatured carved wood, a sitting area, a private walled outside area, an adjacent excellent restaurant, a good and copious breakfast. Quiet. A short walk to an atea of little restaurants and wine bars. The Hotel’s outdoor restaurant tables are under a vast, overhead grape arbor. Take the two-hour train ride to Eger from Budapest, FREE if you are over 65, as is all public transport in Hungary. Train was modern and clean. The whole country is underrated, in my view."

Very, very nice.

"It was built in the 1830s, as I recall. It is very pretty. Huge garden. Beautiful stained glass windows. An interesting walking path or two. We had a large balcony that was very nice. We were there on night so we did not get to take advantage of everything. I would recommend at least two nights if you want to take advantage of everything available. "
