This hotel has been my regular place for myself and my family to relax whenever we make a trip for Genting Highlands. Their services and attitude has always been one of the best experience. They are very willing to accommodate to your needs. But sadly the dining options is very limited and I’d love to have the cigar lounge back. Although not many will be going but I do think having that as an option will be fantastic. Also I do hope that the wild monkeys are plan to be dealt with as they impose danger to young kids or infant. As they are not friendly and may intrude your rooms to take whatever they want to. But the place is just a perfect place. I’d love to get back there when Theo presidential suite is ready.

The room design was poor and maintenance was significantly lacking. Basic maintenance had not been done.

Specifically booked the Jacuzzi suite to enjoy the Jacuzzi but the Jacuzzi is not well maintained. Can’t even use the jacuzzi for more than 10 minutes and we had to manually add the water from the toilet due to the water flow is not strong enough because there is leakage in the Jacuzzi. The duty manager did not offer anything for future trip or solution to compensate the bad experience.

The staff here is very polite and helpful. The surrounding is lack of activities and close too early.
