Ok to stay for a night but overall very dark, dusty and outdated. Staff were friendly.

Been coming here for years. Check in process has become appallingly slow (over 20 mins in the queue). Will think twice about staying again.

The water pressure from the room shower head is one third that to have a good wash. I ended up washing at the health club everyday for 5 days instead. Very very inconvenient. But cannot wash off the soap otherwise.

Breakfast very expensive and the $10 charge if we use water bottle in the room

All of the staff were super friendly. I believe his name was Shane at the concierge was above and beyond helpful! He’s a keeper! The rooms were a bit dated and there was a smell that got stronger over my stay or I noticed it more. Other than that I would recommend
