Convenient location. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant, but there are many dining options around the hotel. Clean rooms, but facilities are a bit old

This was the second time I have stayed here and I was not disappointed, friendly staff, clean good sized relaxing room and easy to get to most attractions from the hotel and done good quality restaurants in close proximity

Poorly designed bathroom, water kept leaking out from shower area. Not many towels provided. Fridge was not cooling very well even at coldest setting. Fridge smelled bad.

First, let me start with the good: the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was big, the bed was decent, and the AC worked. Now, on to the bad: the photo does NOT look like anything in real life. The floors were super hard and comfortable to walk on, there was a rollout bed just sitting in the hallway, there were stains everywhere, damaged walls, rust in the shower, the toilet barely flushes, and the walls were THIN. Most importantly, the hotel is not secure at all. Anyone can access the hotel after hours, and you don't even need your keycard to access your floor despite the sign in the elevator saying you do. I would definitely not consider this hotel 4-star. There was another comment describing it as a roadside hotel like in North America, and I wish I had listened cause this is exactly like a Holiday Inn or Motel 6. If you are looking for this type of accommodation, this hotel is for you, but stay away if you are looking for a 4-star hotel.
