bedding wasn't completely washed. The room was overall unkept.

The road that passes in front of the hotel is a main supply route. This means that heavy duty trucks zipping through at all hours. Drivers in this part of the world often honk the horns when passing any vehicle at any time, regardless of what time of day is. So, large trucks are zipping by on the main road and honking all night.
I approached the reception desk and ask them for more soaps and shampoos. When I initially got into the room, I found half empty shampoo and body wash bottles for the mall. The toilet roll was about 3/4 empty. The shower stall tiles are filthy and are in need of a good cleaning.
However, the staff are friendly and accommodating. In terms of just utilizing this space for an overnight to catch a flight the next day, it is incredibly close to the airport and very convenient.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Upgrades needed for the room needed (example: Netflix stopped working last 2 days of stay and YouTube tv was the other option)

Very convinient. Accessible to all. Respectful staff. Very close to the airport just 2-5 mins away.

Although the check in process was good, the wifi was terrible and the cable and telephone didn't work.
