I loved this hotel. It's small, quiet and beautiful. The common areas are lovely for hanging out. Our room had a gas fireplace and so we were able to make it nice and cozy despite the cold. The bed was super comfy. The staff were friendly and spoke highly of the owners. The owner communicated directly with me via text. I want to go back to Buffalo, just to stay at this hotel again.

I had a great stay at the Edward and would stay there again. It's in a beautiful, very convenient part of Buffalo (just a few minutes by car to downtown and just a few minutes in the other direction to the AKG Museum) and my room was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Note that the Edward operates on a completely contactless basis. They will send you a text with all the information you need to check in, park, etc. Although I very occasionally heard my fellow guests, I literally never saw another person when I was there for my one-night stay. That was a bit unusual! However, when I had a question about check-out, it was very easy to get a staff member on the phone. Perhaps this is the wave of the future for small, boutique hotels.

Virtual Hotel, very different experience. When I called the service was fantastic. Room was very nice. Room and Hotel were very clean.

We stayed in the Madison room and it was awesome. Super easy check-in. Nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. Awesome place. Loved the decor. Thank you!

I work in hotels and I have to say the cleanliness from this hotel was above and beyond. They give you some snacks too which I find a lovely gesture. The only thing I would comment is that I stayed in a room on the ground floor and I could hear the noise from the room above me. Next time I'll stay on the upper floor if available but other than that it was perfect!

The Edwards location is close to our niece and to good dining options. The no host method works well and we did not have any problems getting in, parking, finding our room, etc. Their text message was very good and clear. This was our second stay and we would stay there again.
