There was no heat working in the room so they gave us a small heater. The bathroom was dirty, pee on the wall

The room was nice, no fridge, no microwave, the mini split was off, it was 28° outside, huge icicles hanging from the roof, which is a design flaw perhaps not the owners fault, I'veice all over the roadparking lot and deep snow, exterior building is in fair condition and the door didn't seal so there is a draft, but

The management of the property don't take care of it no pillows no towels broken shower head screwed in dresser drawer gaps around entrance heater works when it wants to. And thay charge Top dollar.

we only stayed here because other hotels we sold out, its not clean, bed sheets had stains,, there was a bug on me in bed in teh middle of the night, cracked walls, old TV and furniture, very very out dated and not worth the price, it was over charged due to the Bills football game, not a nice hotel, it should be removed from Expedia list.

The room smelt like cat pee
Front desk was no where to be found
Charged 20 to check in early and room was terrible
