I stay here every time I come up to see my son at UB and always clean and staff is always pleasant

The staff were extremely helpful. The fitness centre was excellent. The breakfast was delicious

the hotel put a security deposit on my credit card without telling me that they were going to do so. I only found out when I compared my bill to my credit card statement to find out an extra $50 had been charged. Then had to try and chase the hotel down - no one answers the phone at the hotel, I had to call central reservations to get them to get a hold of the hotel for an explanation, Shame on the hotel and I'll never stay at a Hilton again.

We came from Montana to go to a bills game! You should all be so proud of your hard work at the hotel. What an absolutely beautiful place with top of the line staff. If we come again we will most definitely be back to the Hyatt. Thank you for making it a wonderful trip.

It was central to Buffalo Stadium and all the other Venues, restaurants, & shopping!
