Room keys were an issue the entire stay. Were not working properly or opening the doors a needed.

Room was not very clean, bed sheets had an odor.

Only gave 4 stars for service because I was waiting at the front desk for about 5 mins before someone came to help me check in. It wasnt at a weird time either, like 7pm on a Friday.

Rooms were dirty. Sheets were stained. Shower was disgusting

The hotel is clean - but the property is unfriendly. Garage parking is 3 blocks away, check in was slow as only one person was checking in guests on the day of a Buffalo foot ball game, and no bathroom in lobby unless they "key" you in. Breakfast was good. The rooms are clean but there is a lot of street noise and the bathroom moisturizer is watered down.

Great service at check in and check out Fantastic breakfast Used the exercise fine bike Highly recommended
