The staff was exceptional and went out their way to assist/ensure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family/friends. I will stay here again when I come back to Buffalo.

Convenient location off of Thruway. Great staff, clean and will definitely stay there again.

My room window was overlooking a wall. No problem for me, I arrived late and got up early. But that would be nice to be told when making the reservation, in case I was going to stay in the room...
