Second time staying here. The beds are atrocious, and the pillows are ridiculously tall. My neck and back are both messed up after one night, will never stay here again.

The Garden Place is such a beautiful hotel! You can just tell that everyone that works there takes pride in the appearance of the hotel.

The establishment was beautiful, clean and friendly staff. But regarding advertising a Restaurants, Bars, Lounge & Dining options was false. I was anticipating enjoying a steak dinner with a cocktail and relaxing for the evening. Instead found room service offered for a few hours with limited selections and would be delivered from the hotel next door. No vending machines. And gift shop.....I have more items in my pantry. The shower stall had no grab bar(s) and no soap/shampoo dish. The shower floor was slippery. If I am every in the area again I will not stay at the Garden Place Hotel. M. IRENE BOYLES

Very interesting place. Very old everything, but it can be charming most of the time. Did find an ant and a smaller bug on our ground floor room, which was a bit concerning. Not bedbugs. Also had a very noisy AC unit that was very dusty. VERY loud pipes, to the point where it kept me up one night. Bed was very saggy in the middle to the point where you fell in. Was a nice location and staff was nice enough. Not sure I would return.

The hotel value or quality is poor,they stated a year ago they was remodeling. Wifi never keeps you connected microwave,coffee maker very dirty..dirty shower curtain and very nast carpet..sheets appear to be dirty so i purchased my own from Walmart..Toilet didn't flush half the time had to go to the fitness gyms restroom
