Great location.
Lobby staff lacked knowledge of the information we needed, like our options to get to the Bills game.
There was also no refill of coffee and creamer for our coffee maker in the room.
Other wise a great option for a stay in Buffalo

The property smelled fresh and clean even with obvious wear around the building. It does need some major updates but was good for a night or two. Biggest issue was the housekeeping service bringing blankets and pillows for the pull out couch. It took well over an hour to get the stuff and my son needed to go to sleep. It was ridiculous.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff, casual dining options close to the hotel. Pool was nice but water was cold. Parking is valet only for 25/day. Parking service was fast. I would stay again.
