Registered for a certain room and it was unavailable. Pool was out of order with no notice. Did not give any other options.

My wife and I spent our 15th year at this hotel for Christmas. We always enjoyed the cleanliness and the staff. Breakfast is not as good as in pre-pandemic years, but still OK. We love this hotel.

The rooms are very dated. The beds & pillows were like rocks. I won’t be staying here again. Although, the staff was very pleasant.

Nice staff. Decent room. Decent breakfast.
Got stuck in a room with adjoining room door. You can hear everything through it. So it was a fairly noisy stay.

The staff were very friendly. The location is great if you’re going to the bills game. Very easy to get an Uber. The room was clean. However, the bathroom needs work. I was a house cleaner for 10 years and the shower needs a good scrub… there was mold and pink mold in it.

Everyone was very nice, the facility and rooms are very nice as well. Our only complaint is the beds were very very uncomfortable.
