Buena ubicación. La atención de los chicos de la recepción 10/10. Lo único es el ruido en habitaciones que están cerca del elevador.

Not great
Posted 24 Aug 2024 on HotelsThe elevators are small, old and slow. We were on the 8th floor and sometimes we had to go up and down the stairs because the elevator never came.
The room is OK. The wifi is bad. The TVs cannot connect to the internet and they don't have a clue how to fix it.
I asked for an iron and a board the they I checked in, 3 days later I got it after 4 calls to the front desk and also in person.

The hotel is noisy, walls are not well insulated and you can hear everything from the inside and outside.
