Everything was great with only one exception. The shower facilities… the faucet can’t get the warm water unless you get a 2 seconds of very cold water …. Not a good system

Only good thing about it was location. Hotel need renovation. No iron board in room and when asked for it they directed different level to go and do it yourself. Coach in room was so old and dirty . Never saw smile from any of staffs. Room key reader was faulty and atleast once a day they needed to reprogram it. They charged fir 4 star hotel but service was max 3 star.

Location was perfect. Close to lots of restaurants, and historic sights.

Thé staff is amazing and super nice and understanding. They all try to help you with what you may need. The facilities are pretty and the hotel modern. I would totally stay there again !
