We stayed one night between flights out of EZE airport. The hotel was great and the staff also great. We opted to take a taxi to the hotel after reading it can be tricky to find the pickup location for the free hotel shuttle. This proved to be a mistake as it took us 2 hours to get a taxi. We took the free airport shuttle from the hotel to the airport and this was great

Gave us early checkin, so that was good but tried to call on WhatsApp from airport for shuttle as they instructed me to do and got no answer. Had to pay $60 for a taxi!!!! Not acceptable!
